Bridal car and full convoy present at the agreed pickup address by the scheduled time. If we are late by more than 15 minutes for a reason within our control, you receive a 25% credit on that day's convoy fee — applied as a refund or toward a future booking.
Every wedding booking includes a spare vehicle held ready for the day. Mechanical failure or last-minute unavailability of a booked car is resolved with a same-class (or better) replacement so the convoy continues without cancelling your programme.
Decorated lead car, uniformed chauffeurs, and a shared route plan with your planner. If decoration or vehicle presentation does not match what was confirmed in writing, we correct it before departure or reduce the package fee by agreement.
Traffic is the biggest risk on a wedding morning. We treat it as a planning problem, not an excuse:
The AccraDrive Wedding Convoy Guarantee applies only to paid wedding packages confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email confirmation with date, vehicles, and pickup time). The 25% credit is limited to the convoy fee for that calendar day and is not payable in cash beyond a refund of amounts already paid for that day; it cannot exceed the amount paid for the affected package. The guarantee does not cover client schedule changes, late readiness of the bridal party, venue access restrictions, extreme weather that closes or seriously impedes roads, civil disturbances, or traffic incidents and congestion outside AccraDrive’s reasonable control. Backup vehicles are same-class or better when available; in rare peak-season shortages a near-equivalent vehicle may be substituted with notice. Photography add-ons are provided by independent partner photographers; AccraDrive is not liable for artistic outcome, equipment failure, or partner no-shows beyond assisting a replacement where reasonably possible. This guarantee is a commercial service commitment under Ghanaian law and does not create insurance cover or liability for consequential losses (including vendor penalties, guest claims, or emotional distress). A wedding convoy isn't just "a nice car for the day" — it's a small logistics operation that has to hit exact times across multiple locations, often with two ceremonies (traditional and white wedding) on different days or even the same day. We plan around your actual program, not a generic timeline, including Accra traffic buffers on every route leg.
Decoration is usually white and gold ribbon work by default, since it photographs well against almost any outfit colour — but if your wedding has a specific colour theme, tell us at least three weeks out so the right ribbon and floral accents can be sourced rather than improvised on the morning. For weddings outside Accra (Kumasi, Cape Coast, the Volta Region), let us know the venue city early — the convoy and any guest shuttles are dispatched from our Ablekuma garage, so travel time to your venue affects how early the day needs to start.

We build buffers for known bottlenecks (Spintex, Tetteh Quarshie, Motorway, Kasoa road), monitor live traffic, leave earlier or switch routes when needed, and can stagger guest shuttles from the bridal car. Ordinary congestion, accidents ahead, checkpoints, or closures after the evening-before confirmation are outside the on-time guarantee. Late departure from our garage or failure to use a viable alternate route is within our control and can trigger the 25% credit.
